Don't miss the beauty of the Dolomite massif in the colours of autumn, all during a 4-day photo workshop, at a time of reddened trees and countless fogs. In the Dolomites, you can get directly to picturesque mountain meadows, villages, valleys or rocky massifs without much effort. This is the most beautiful part of the Alps, to which I always like to return, their atmosphere can always amaze, even surprise.

Benefits of the workshop:
- getting acquainted with the excellent sites I have visited several times Alpe di Siusi, Passo Giau, Lago Limedes, Cinque Torri, Tre Cime, etc.
- small number of participants, I can personally attend to everyone
- easy accessibility to the shooting location, no fitness required here
- as a VFFOTO ambassador, I will introduce you to new products such as circular magnetic filters, very addictive, I will have them available there
- parking right in front of the accommodation
- good friendly atmosphere
- separate undisturbed room for presenting photo processing techniques on PC, I show everything I know on a powerful laptop connected to a TV or large monitor
- everyone gets rich photo scripts in digital form, it can’t happen that nobody remembers anything after returning from WS

What will we be working on?
- mainly shooting with ND filters
- preparation
- Planning
- sunrises and sunsets
- step-by-step explanation of what programs to use when and why
- exposure blending
- time blending
- perspective blending
- night photography
- photography of the milky way
- star trails photography
- panorama and its connecting
- focus stacking
- luminosity masks
- final photo editing
- scaling down for web
- publishing photos
We will go through the photo from the very beginning /idea in the head/, through the actual realization /photography/, developing RAW format /necessity/, to editing in PC.

What do you need?
- willingness to learn new things
- good mood
- a camera of any brand /preferably, however, if it can shoot in RAW format/
- wide-angle lens, longer glass /they are fine but not a requirement/, but definitely some lens is needed
- remote trigger
- ND filters, if you don’t happen to own one, no problem, I’ll try to arrange for your lens diameter in advance
- a tripod would be useful
- suitable hiking clothes, waterproof shoes, raincoat or poncho
- Headlamp
Please don’t underestimate the warm clothes. It can be very uncomfortable when you’re squatting on the spot with a tripod. And my experience is that when it’s uncomfortable, you don’t really want to take pictures.

What does the price not include?
- accommodation*
- insurance, if applicable
- transport to the course
- diet
* As I am not a travel agency, accommodation is not part of my services. However, in order for us to be accommodated together, I will book the accommodation for you (in cooperation with you).
